2. I made these low calorie and tasty jalapeno poppers from Skinny Taste this week! Husband approved!
4. I have an abundance of carrots right now. Three bags of baby carrots and a bunch of regular ones from last weekend's farmer's market run. So my question is...can I freeze them? I found this article about all kinds of things you can freeze but carrots are not on the list....but it doesn't say you can't.... These are the things I worry about.
5. Last weekend we planted some mint out beyond our backyard so that it can hopefully grow wild. I am looking forward to picking some this weekend to add to my lemonade. Yum!

ReplyDeleteI just made a 1/2 batch. I think next time I'll make more and freeze some. I don't know what it would have been like without, but I wore gloves so the seeds wouldn't burn my fingers....just a tip. :) Thanks for stopping by!
